Michelle Moor | Partner

Michelle Moor has extensive experience representing families in a wide variety of special education and student’s rights matters having worked on over 1,000 special education cases during the course of her sixteen year litigation career. Michelle has successfully represented families across the state of Massachusetts at administrative due process hearings and through the appellate process in federal court. She has been recognized as a Super Lawyer, and has presented on special education topics at the local, state and national level.

Michelle is a graduate of Vassar College and Northeastern University School of Law. She served as a Peace Corps volunteer in West Africa, worked as a litigator for a large international law firm, and practiced disability and special education law at Kotin, Crabtree & Strong, LLP in Boston.

Sherry Gregg |  Partner

Sherry Gregg has more than two decades of experience representing parents and their children in special education law. She possesses vast litigation experience in state and federal courts, including cases involving federal civil rights violations either committed by public school district personnel or providers, or as a result of students’ abuse by peers, including bullying, harassment, and/or hazing.

Sherry litigated for several years in a boutique, Boston firm focused on civil rights, Massachusetts education reform law, and plaintiffs’ automotive products liability cases across the country. Sherry also practiced for many years in the Special Education & Disability Rights Law group at Kotin, Crabtree & Strong, LLP in Boston. She initially trained as a child and family therapist, and is a graduate of Boston University School of Law. Sherry has been recognized as a Super Lawyer.

Todd M. Peckham |  Firm Administrator

Todd Richard-Peckham is a long-term law firm administrator and paralegal with more than thirty years of experience in corporate legal departments and small law  firms. He is a certified Notary Signing Agent and is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants, the National Notary Association and the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of New Mexico. Mr. Richard-Peckham frequently provides pro bono support to several community legal service programs.
